Return and Refund Policy

At Glit Essentials we commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on returns and exchange. Please kindly note that refund will only be made if the item ordered for is out of stock in a case where this is not applicable only exchange can be made.

We only exchange goods if they are defective/damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/sms, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Conditions for Exchange

In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange please make sure that:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 2 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods have not been worn or tampered with which includes but not limited to application of hair care products, hair tools.

The following Goods cannot be exchanged:

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods bought at sales/discounted prices
  • Goods that are ordered for and exactly as received

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Please kindly note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
